Submersible ROV Operations
The applications for underwater ROV use have a wide range with exciting possibilities.
Bottom inspections of vessels allow regular assessments of running gear or inspection of a hull after a collision which can save hauling costs and diver fees. Surveying sea floor conditions with an ROV provides documentation through video and photos proving useful in the fields of marine construction, aquaculture, and commercial fishing. The ROV allows the operator to investigate depths up to 350ft which most divers are not trained or equipped to do. Our Deep Trekker DTG2 ROV is equipped with a grabber allowing samples to be taken from the sea floor or gear retrieval.
